SAFE Week 2019 – Accountability

DATE OF THIS POST: MARCH 19, 2019

As an extra set of reminders this busy season, we're bringing you the highlights from Chicago Stagehand’s Safety & Awareness For Everyone Week (SAFE Week).

Chicago Stagehand (CSH) is grateful we have not experienced what we consider to be any major injuries. We know the only way to keep everyone working well and strong is for everyone to share the responsibility of maintaining safe and healthy work habits on the jobsite. This brings us to the subject of this post - accountability.

No one is above the law when it comes to working safe and smart. If you find yourself on a job site where someone (crew member or not) is practicing irresponsible or unsafe work habits, we encourage you to raise the point with that person directly, then report it to a Crew Chief and/or contact CSH management immediately. By working as a team, we can keep all our crew members SAFE for this week and beyond.

Take time to reacquaint yourselves with the basics of first aid, for you and your crew member's sake by clicking here.

Remember: if any injury were to occur on a jobsite, no matter how small, report it immediately to your Crew Chief or CSH management so we can help you through onsite and offsite treatment. We've got your back.

Thank you for all you do to keep our crew safe!
